Minimum Order Quantity
Our minimum order quantity is US$2,000 per shipment, or 5000pcs per shipment.

Terms of Payment
T/T, 30% deposit before production; 70% balance after shipment and upon receipt of copy of  documents (originals will be sent when the balance payment received), or T/T before production for order less than USD$ 2,000. 

Payment Procedure
By T/T in advance & balance payment against copies of shipping documents: 

1. 30% of the total order value as advance by T/T.

2. We  prepares the goods after the confirmation of advance payment. 

3. We deliver goods to buyer's freight forwarder or introduces freight forwarder to buyer. 

4. Freight forwarder does the inspection and informs the buyer. 

5. Buyer makes the balance payment by T/T, and forwarder holds the goods. 

6. We receive  the balance payment, releases export documents and ships the goods immediately. 

(T/T payment in advance means telegraphic transfer, and it's the simplest and easiest payment method to use. The documents such as airway bill, commercial invoice and packing list will be sent to buyer along with the shipment by the same airplane. As soon as the shipment arrives, buyer can clear the customs and pick up the goods with the documents.)

Delivery Lead-Time
Lead time for sample: about 4-7 days for sample after artwork approval;

Lead time for mass production: about 20--40 days after sample approval and deposit received.

Sample Request
If customer choose our existing sample or molds, we can make free sample;

If customer design it's own new item, we charge sample cost;

For sample delivery, freight charge is on customer's account (courier or air freight).  Pls advise your Fedex/UPS/DHL/TNT account no.; if you don't have account no., pls remit the courier fee to us in advance, then we can send it via our account no.

Custom Design (OEM)
Please send your artwork to us in Adobe Illustrator or PDF format for tooling sketch. Tooling charge is required before sampling, and tooling (Mold) charge varies by artwork and size. If you provide your design to us, the ownership of your design is exclusively yours, including mold of the design. The minimum order quantity per style for customer design is 5,000pcs. ( We accept smaller MOQ but price will be expensive)
